Land is owned on chain. Blocks cost CHUNK. Half of every block is destroyed, half pays the chunk owner.
Fee loop: curve trade fees fund the treasury, the treasury funds the keeper that commits placement batches, the batches burn CHUNK and pay chunk owners.
Deeds sell on a curve quoted in CHUNK: ask = 1,000 x 1.12 to the power of deeds sold. Every settler is a buy, every block is a burn.

Placements are batched by the keeper into Merkle roots and committed on chain. Until the Anchor program address is published, the site marks claims and placements as queued for the next batch and prints no transaction signature.
